Hey there again!
I's finally October! I've been waiting for it all the time and I was thinking
to greet it by posting something I was promising for a quite long time. I'm
talking about the DIY cat handbag!
It's very easy to make it so you will need:
1. A bag ( any kind - I recomend something white , one colored but you are making the bag - you'r decision ;D )
2. Textile paint ( I used black as you see but you can choose any kind just only choose
the ones which are for textile - I've made my DIY moon phases shirt with it so you can check for it in that post )
3. A paint brush ( small or big - doesn't matter ,which one you like more. I did mine with
a small one )
4. A pencil for outlines ( use non color pencil)
5. Imagination ( that's ok if u can't or you don't like or want to paint a cat on your bag- use
your imagination and create something else! :D )
The making of the bag:
1. Draw outlines of your picture with a pencil on your bag. Be sure you feel confident about the picture you're making because you are making a bag that you will use everyday
(or not :D ) )
2. Then if you already made outlines and you are happy about the picture choose your paint color and start filling the picture ( just color it with the paint )
3. Let it dry ( leave your bag in the sun or somewhere where noone could touch fresh painted picture and just leave it for about 30 min.)
And there you have it!
It's always a pleasure to share my tips and ideas with you. And the reason I came out posting this on October is that , like I mentioned in my other post , that I'm going to have a kitten! And he is coming to my house on October 13th. ( I'll do a day in life post that very day ) ! So yes FINALLY my little British shorthair kitten will be here and I'm super exited about that so see you later someday!
